Dr. Kanevskiy is the expert in the field of aerodynamics and flight dynamics numerical methods.
He is an active member of the ICAO Wake Turbulence Research Study Group since 2010, as well as a participant of several special-purpose committees – RTCA, EUROCAE and SAE.
Also he is the holder of 38 international patents in the field of wake vortex flight safety provision technologies.

ADS-C complex and equipage for cross-polar routes;
air traffic control technologies and federal aviation rules of air traffic management.

Graduated from the Riga Higher Military Aviation Engineering School n.a. J. Alksnis in 1980.
Has 15 inventions and more than 100 scientific papers. Has experience of the complete manufacturing cycle – from the development of a glider, autopilot, kitting of aircraft, launch and ground UAS control station to the operation support.
Led the development of unmanned aerial vehicles with hybrid powerplants and their flight tests.
Was awarded the Order of Honour for participation in the phase-in of the Pchela UAV.
