Mikhail Kanevskiy

Project Executive

Doctor of Technical Science, Professor

Dr. Kanevskiy is the expert in the field of aerodynamics and flight dynamics numerical methods.

He is an active member of the ICAO Wake Turbulence Research Study Group since 2010, as well as a participant of several special-purpose committees – RTCA, EUROCAE and SAE.

Also he is the holder of 38 international patents in the field of wake vortex flight safety provision technologies.

Anton Tretyak

Chief Project Designer

Chief Designer of all IANS ground-based systems

Graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2006 majoring in Information Systems and Telecommunications. Participated in and supervised projects on the development of:

  • flight simulators for Su-25SM3, Yak-130, Su-22M4, Su-24MK, Su-30MKI, MiG-29K aircraft;

  • automated training systems;

  • systems of integrated automated planning of flight training for state aviation;

  • pilot’s electronic tablet systems;

  • MRLK BZ-GA small-sized weather radar;

  • automated network of meteorological stations.

Alexander Baikov

Responsible for preparing and conducting tests and creating a measuring subsystem

PhD. Head of Orlovka test lab.

Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers majoring in Avionics Maintenance in 1987 and also graduated from the Civil Aviation Academy in 2005.

Worked as a leading flight test engineer at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “State Research Institute of Civil Aviation” for more than 15 years.

An expert on air transport certification systems in the field of certification of aircraft maintenance and repair facilities.

Oleg Vasilyev

Responsible for situation monitoring subsystem development

Doctor of Technical Science, professor. Head of the special projects department.

Graduated from the Daugavpils Higher Military Aviation Engineering School majoring in Radio Engineering in 1986. Received a postgraduate degree at the Military Academy of Army Air Defence in 1994. Received a doctoral degree at the Higher Military Engineering Academy n.a. N.E. Zhukovskiy in 2001.

The Head of the Department for Radio-Technical and Quantum Devices from 2004 to 2012.

A well-known scientist and engineer in the field of radiolocation.

Oleg Demidov

Responsible for the management subsystem development

PhD. Chief Expert in the air traffic control systems development.

Graduated from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers majoring in Automated Control Systems in 1974. Participated in the development and implementation of:

  • the first in the USSR automated air traffic control systems - Start, Strela, Terkas, Buran;

  • ADS-C complex and equipage for cross-polar routes;

  • air traffic control technologies and federal aviation rules of air traffic management.

Alexander Zubarev

Project risk management coordinator

Doctor of Technical Science. Specialist in the flight aerodynamics field.

Graduated from the Riga Higher Military Aviation Engineering School n.a. J. Alksnis in 1980.

Has 15 inventions and more than 100 scientific papers. Has experience of the complete manufacturing cycle – from the development of a glider, autopilot, kitting of aircraft, launch and ground UAS control station to the operation support.

Led the development of unmanned aerial vehicles with hybrid powerplants and their flight tests.

Was awarded the Order of Honour for participation in the phase-in of the Pchela UAV.
